浅论怀特海教育节奏理论在高职法律事务专业民法教学中的运用

怀特海的教育节奏理论认为人的认知过程经历浪漫、精确和综合运用三个阶段。该理论契合了高职民法教学的要求。教育节奏理论要求教师在教学中应当根据学生认知过程中的"浪漫—精确—综合运用"分别在"自由"、"纪律"和"自由"阶段适用案例教学、讲授教学和诊所式教学等教学模式。
