摘要
国家赔偿法课程是中央电大开放教育试点法学专业本科阶段的选修课,随着电大开放教育办学模式在全国逐步展开,电大法学专业的生源发生了较大变化,由辅导教师在有限时间的面授辅导的传统教学方式已不能满足国家赔偿法课程教学的需要,因此积极探索如何适应开放教育学员的特点,改革教学手段、完善电大开放教育国家赔偿法网上教学模式,就成为客观必然要求。
The ＂State Compensation Law＂ course is the elective course of Central RTVU open education pilot undergraduate stage of law major, With the open education school system in the country is gradually developing, source of RTVU law major students has changed greatly, the traditional teaching mode of face-to-face counseling in limited time by guidance teachers can not meet the needs of the State Compensation Law teaching, actively explore how to adapt to the characteristics of open education students, reform teaching methods, improve education ＂State Compensation Law ＂online teaching mode, becomes an objectively inevitable requirement.
