人文教育是指对受教育者所进行的旨在促进其人性境界提升、理想人格塑造以及个人与社会价值实现的教育,其实质是人性教育,这种精神的养成一般要通过多种途径,而体育是人综合素质中不可或缺的一部分,对发展和完善学生人文素质意义重大。文章探讨了在体育中实施人文教育的必要性,对实施人文教育的措施和途径进行了分析,认为体育不仅是强身健体的手段,更是促进人的身心和谐发展,培养人的意志品质和人文精神的重要渠道。
