Research into the ＂SQC＂ Talent Cultivation Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校的人才培养没有固定的模式，围绕着培养目标可以八仙过海，目的就是为了打造毕业生品牌，培养出受社会欢迎的高等技术应用性人才，让学生好就业、就好业，真正实现让学生成才，让家长放心，让社会满意。文章从学校教学和管理角度出发，介绍了“SQC”人才培养模式的含义，分析了学校应如何培养学生的专长、素质和能力，让学生各方面平衡发展。

There are no fixed modes in talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges, which can show their own special prowess in cultivation goals in order to forge the graduate brand, cultivate higher technical applied talents popular in society, make it easier for graduates to find good employment, and make students useful, parents relieved and the social public satis- fied. From the perspective of teaching and management, this paper introduces the definition of＂SQC＂ talent cultivation mode, and makes an analysis of how to cultivate the students＇ specialty, qualification and capacity so as to let the students have an all-round balanced development.
