摘要
目的探讨脑干病变立体定向活检的价值和安全性。方法回顾性总结68例脑干病变立体定向活检手术的诊断阳性率及并发症。结果其中64例经立体定向活检手术明确病理诊断,诊断阳性率为94.12%。无死亡病例,并发症发生率为2.94%。结论立体定向活检有助于脑干病变的确诊,从而选择个体化治疗方案、改善预后。
Objective To evaluate the important clinical value and the safety of stereotactic biopsies for the brainstem lesions. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the diagnostic yield and the morbidity rate of the brainstem stereotactic biopsy for 68 cases. Results Histological diagnosis was established in 64 cases,which gave a high diagnostic yield（94.12%）.There was no procedural mortality,the morbidity rate associated with the procedure was 2.94%. Conclusion Stereotactic biopsy can assist to establish the accurate diagnosis of brainstem lesions,then to make individualized treatment protocols and to improve prognosis for the Patients.
