术中B超辅助下微侵袭手术切除颅内深部海绵状血管瘤(附21例临床分析) 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨术中B超辅助下微侵袭手术切除颅内深部海绵状血管瘤的应用。方法 21例颅内深部海绵状血管瘤患者术中应用B超定位,辅助显微镜下微侵袭切除病变,并判断病变的切除程度。结果病变定位准确,所有海绵状血管瘤均被全切,未出现相关神经系统并发症,术后随访未复发。结论术中B超操作简便,对颅内深部海绵状血管瘤定位准确、安全经济,应用前景较好。 Objective To investigate the role of intraoperative B-mode ultrasound in minimally invasive operation for resection of intracranial deep cavernous hemangioma(CH). Methods B-mode ultrasound was used for locating the lesions in 21 intracranial deep CH after craniotomy,real-time aid for minimally invasive operation for resection of the lesions were performed,and the degree of resection was evaluated. Results The lesions were located accurately and all the CHs were removed.No related neurological complication occurred,and there was no recurrence during the postoperative follow up. Conclusion Intraoperative B-mode ultrasound is convenient.It is accurate,safe and economic for the location of intracranial deep lesions,and has wide application prospect.
