难治性癫痫胼胝体切开术后手术再评估

摘要 胼胝体切开术(corpus callosotomy,CC)作为一种姑息性的难治性癫痫外科手术,在临床上已得到普遍应用。随着现代科学技术的发展,癫痫外科手术评估的手段也越来越进步,人们对根治性手术的渴望也越来越强烈,本文就胼胝体切开术后根治性手术的再评估作一简要综述。
