普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 普瑞巴林是新型7一氨基丁酸受体激动剂，2004年12月美国FDA批准将其用于糖尿病性外周神经痛和带状疱疹后遗神经痛，是美国和欧洲认证用于治疗这两种疾病的首选药物。本研究通过观察我科PHN患者普瑞巴林的使用情况并与复方利多卡因乳膏进行比较，进一步探讨普瑞巴林对PHN的有效性和安全性。
