摘要
利用SEM和XRD研究了ZL205A合金铸件Cu元素晶界偏析。结果表明:结晶过程中Cu元素自发往晶界偏聚,晶界偏析宏观形貌为弯曲条状,曲线条之间相互平行,偏析组织是Al2Cu共晶相,呈枝晶状、网状和散乱碎片状分布在粗化的晶界上;晶界偏析与热裂具有较大相关性。
The Cu segregation at grain boundaries of ZL205A alloy castings is researched by SEM and XRD. The results reveal that Cu is segregated strongly to the grain boundaries during solidification. Segregation phase appears in streaks at grain boundary, and the streaks are paralleled to each other. The structure of the segregation phase is A12Cu along the grain boundaries with the dendrite shape or continuous networks or irregular flake. It is conclude that the hot crack has an effect on boundary segregation.
