摘要
为了稳定生产QT600-3大断面球铁件,通过生产工艺调整,合理控制化学成分,在电炉熔炼时采用优质晶体增碳剂增加铁液成核,混合稀土球化剂进行球化处理,长效复合孕育剂在包内、浮硅及随流多次孕育等措施,获得了金相组织、力学性能、产品品质均符合要求的大断面QT600-3球铁件。
In order to get stable production of large section ductile iron QT600-3 castings, through adjusting production process and reasonable controlling chemical composition, and using crystal recarburizer to increase the nucleation in liquid iron, using mixed RE spheroidizer and long-life composite inoculant in the mode of ladle, floating silicon and metal-stream inoculation, the large section ductile iron QT600-3 castings with qualified microstmcture, mechanical properties and product quality can be obtained.
