摘要 1引言 海洋异养细菌是微微型浮游生物的重要组成部分,主要通过呼吸作用消耗来自径流输入的外源和内源溶解态有机碳(DOC),转化为自身生物量,并通过微食物环传递给更高的营养级。在微食物环中,异养细菌不仅是分解者,还是生产者,是重要的中间环节,因而是生态系统中碳循环及营养盐循环再生作用的主要贡献者之一。
