踝关节有限切开结合微创内固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨踝关节有限切开结合微创内固定疗胫骨Pilon骨折的效果。方法 2007年1月~2011年12月,闭合性胫骨Pilon骨折58例,按Rüedi-Allgwer分型:Ⅰ型24例,Ⅱ型21例,Ⅲ型13例。采用踝关节有限切开技术与微创内固定治疗。结果术后随访2~48个月,平均19.5月。按Mazur方法进行功能评分,优48例,良6例,可4例,优良率93%(54/58)。结论踝关节有限切开复位结合微创内固定效果良好,是治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的可选方法之一。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of limited incision combined with minimally invasive percutaneous osteosynthesis for tibia1 Pilon fractures. Methods From January 2007 to December 2011, totally 58 patients with Pilon fractures of the tibia received limited incision combined with percutaneous osteosynthesis in our hospital. According to Rtledi-Allgw6er Pilon fracture classification, 24 of the patients were type I , 21 type II , and 13 type III. Results The patients were followed up for 2 - 48 months (mean, 19.5 months). According to Mazur' s criteria, the surgical result was excellent in 48 patients, good in 6 patients and fair in 4. No poor result was found. Conclusion Limited incision combined with minimally invasive percutaneous osteosynthesis is an optimal approach for tibial Pilon fractures. We recommend it as a routine therapy.
