输尿管上段结石的微创治疗 被引量:7

摘要 我国泌尿系结石患病率为1%~5%,年发病率约(150~200)/10万人,其中25%的患者需住院治疗。近年来,我国泌尿系结石的发病率有增加趋势,是世界三大结石高发区之一。输尿管上段结石为多发病,与中下段结石相比,其治疗手段多,包括溶石、排石、体外冲击波碎石术(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,ESWL)、输尿管镜碎石取石术(ureterorenoscopy lithotripsy,URL)、经皮肾镜取石术(percutaneous nephrolithotomy,PCNL)、腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术(1aparoscopic ureterolithotomy)以及开放手术。本文就输尿管上段结石微创治疗的研究作一综述。
