摘要
目的探寻快速准确早期诊断肠道病毒71型(human enterovirus 71,EV71)感染的方法。方法手足口病患儿871例,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测患儿咽拭子或疱液的EV71感染情况,实时荧光定量PCR检测EV71阳性患儿采用ELISA法检测血清EV71-IgM和EV71-IgG。结果871份标本中,RT-PCR检测EV71感染阳性率为17.91%,其中5月份检测阳性率(24.44%)最高,12月份检测阳性率(4.17%)最低;随机抽取64例RT-PCR检测阳性患儿外周血,EV71-IgM阳性率为51.56%,EV71-IgG阳性率为14.06%。结论 RT-PCR能快速准确诊断EV71早期感染。
Objective To explore the rapid molecular diagnosis of enterovirus 71 (EV71) infection. Methods A total of 871 cases of hand foot-and-mouth disease were detected EV71 infection in vesicle fluid and throat swabs with real- time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT PCR). The patients with RT PCR comfirmed EV71 infection were detected EVT1-IgM and EV71 IgG with ELISA. Results In these 871 cases, the positive rate of EV71 infection was 17.91%, and it was highest in May (24.44 % ), and lowest in December (4.17 % ). Sixty four patients with RT-PCR confirmed EV 71 infection were randomly chosen and detected EV71-IgM and EVT1 IgG with ELISA, with EVTI-IgM positive rate of 51.56%, and EVTI-IgG positive rate of 14.06%. Conclusion RT PCR is an accurate method for quickly detection of EV71.
