摘要
对卡麦角林诱导犬发情的剂量效应进行了研究。结果表明:2.5、5.0μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)和10.0μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)剂量组的诱导发情率分别为66.67%、66.67%和83.33%,三组间无显著差异,但显著高于0.5μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)和对照组(两组均无母犬发情)。10.0μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)组平均处理时间为14 d左右,显著短于2.5μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)和5.0μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)组的处理时间(平均长达约30 d),且10.0μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)组发情集中度明显高于2.5μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)和5.0μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)组。
The dosage effect of cabergoline on induction of canine estrus was studied. The result showed that the inductivities of canine estrus in the groups at 2.5,5.0 and 10μg·kg-1·d-1 cabergoline doses were 66.67%,66.67% and 83.33% respectively, and not significantly different but significantly higher than those in the groups at 0 and 0.5 μg·kg-1·d-1 cabergoline doses(both groups had no estrous bitches). The mean treatment time of the group at 10.0 μg·kg-1·d-1 cabergoline dose was 14 d, and significantly shorter than that of the groups at 2.5 and 5.0 μg·kg-1·d-1 cabergoline doses(averagely over 30 d). Moreover, the estrus concentration degree of the group at 10.0 μg·kg-1·d-1 cabergoline dose was obviously higher than that of the groups at 2.5 and 5.0 μg·kg-1·d-1 cabergoline doses.
