摘要
介绍了国内外甜玉米果皮理化特性、厚度测定方法以及遗传规律等方面的研究进展,并对甜玉米果皮厚度的未来研究方向进行了展望。
Advance of researching into sweet corn pericarp at home and abroad is described in terms of physicochemical properties, thickness determination and inheritance, and the directions of re- searching into sweet corn pericarp in the future are also forecasted.
