双枚空心加压螺钉闭合复位治疗老年股骨颈骨折

Double cannulated compression screws combined with closed reduction for senile femoral neck fracture

目的探讨双枚空心加压螺钉闭合复位治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法应用双枚空心加压螺钉闭合复位治疗107例60岁以上老年人新鲜股骨颈骨折患者。结果 107例获得3年以上随访(39～94个月)。根据Harris百分制评分法评价疗效:优60例,良38例,中7例,差2例,优良率为91.59%。发生股骨头坏死6例,无骨不连发生。结论双枚空心加压螺钉闭合复位内固定治疗股骨颈骨折手术创伤小,操作简便,固定牢靠,骨折愈合率高,可早期功能锻炼,并发症少,疗效满意。

Objective To explore the efficacy of double cannulated compression screw combined with closed reduc- tion in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture. Methods 107 patients with fresh femoral neck fractures over 60 years old were treated with the double cannulated compression screws combined with closed reduction. Results All the patients were followed up for 39 ～ 94 months. According to Harris score system, 60 cases were excellent, 38 good, 7 fair, and 2 poor. The excellent and good rate was 91.59%. 6 cases with femoral head necrosis occurred, and no nonunion occurred. Conclusions Double cannutated compression screws combined with closed reduction is a simple and effective procedure for the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture. It has the advantages of little trauma, firm fixation, high rates of fracture healing, early functional exercise, and less complications.
