摘要
目的回顾性研究320排CT在使用前瞻性心电门控的情况下对有早搏的受检者进行冠状动脉成像,分析其可行性,找出合适的扫描方式来降低放射剂量和保证图像质量。方法前瞻性心电门控扫描的320排冠状动脉CT造影(CTA)受检者110例,分为早搏组(60例),对照组(50例),通过个性化扫描方式对比两组的图像质量及放射剂量。结果两组的图像质量评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。早搏组的心率(77.20±12.07)bpm和剂量(14.62±1.37)mSv高于对照组的心率(58.72±4.73)bpm和剂量(3.08±2.35)mSv。早搏组中使用S场扫描的射线剂量(34.55±7.12)mSv明显高于M场扫描剂量(15.10±1.12)mSv。结论用前瞻性心电门控扫描早搏,通过调整扫描场及采集次数(beat值)可以降低放射剂量,重建出良好的图像质量。
Objective To analyze the feasibility and find a suitable method to reduce radiation dose and get good image quality in premature beat patients undergoing prospective ECG-gated for 320-detector CT of the coronary arteries by retrospective study. Methods 110 patients checked by 320-detector CT of the coronary arteries were divided in to two groups: premature beat group (60 cases) and control group (50 cases), image quality and radiation dose were compared between two groups by using individual scaning method. Results No statistical difference between the score of two groups(P 〉 0.05 ). The heart rate (77.20 ± 12.07 ) bpm and radiation dose( 14.62 ± 1.37 ) mSv in premature beat group were higher than the heart rate (58.72 ±4.73) bpm and radiation dose (3.08 ±2.35) mSv in control group. S field' s radiation dose(34.55 ± 7.12)mSv much higher than the dose of (15.10 ± 1.12)mSv in premature beat group. Conclusion When scaning premature beat with prospective ECG-gated, we can get good image quality, even adjusting scan field and beat value to reduce radioactive dose.
