雾化吸入治疗口腔黏膜糜烂型病损的疗效观察

Curative effect of inhalation on erosive oral mucosal diseases

目的观察雾化吸入和外用药治疗口腔黏膜糜烂型病损临床效果。方法共140例口腔黏膜糜烂型病损患者。①将其中的100例随机平均分成观察组Ⅰ(a)和观察组Ⅰ(b),观察组Ⅰ(a)用雾化吸入;观察组Ⅰ(b)用外用药含漱治疗。②剩余40例随机平均分为观察组Ⅱ(c)和观察组Ⅱ(d),应用不同浓度药物雾化吸入进行治疗。结果治疗10天,观察组Ⅰ(a)总有效率84%,观察组Ⅰ(b)总有效率58%,观察组Ⅰ(a)糜烂面的平均愈合时间比观察组Ⅱ(d)明显缩短,两组效果比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同药物浓度治疗5天,观察组Ⅱ(c)的总有效率65%,观察组Ⅱ(d)的总有效率95%,两组效果比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入可以明显改善局部症状,减轻疼痛;同时药物浓度的不同可影响局部糜烂面的愈合。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of inhalation and external medicine treatment in patients with erosive oral mucosal diseases. Methods One hundred forty patients with erosive oral mucosal diseases were collected. Among them, 100 patients were randomly divided into two equal groups： group I （a） and group I （b）. The patients in group [ （a） were treated with inhalation, the patients in group I （b） were given mouth gargle liquid. The remaining 40 patients were also randomly divided into two equal groups： group 11 （c） and group 11 （d）, and treated with inhalation at different concentrations. Results After ten days, the total effective rates in group I （a）and group I （b） were 84% and 58%, respectively. In addition, the average healing time of the group I （a）was shorter than that of group I （b） obviously, there was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The subgroups of groups 11 which were treated with different drug concentration for five days, the total effective rates were 65% and 95%, respectively. The results of these two groups had a significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Inhalation can effectively remit the symptoms and relieve the pain of the patients with erosive oral mucosal diseases. Meanwhile the different drug concentration is bound up with the healing of the local erosive oral mucosa.
