兰蓉Ⅲ型救生袋的研制与实验观察

摘要 目的:研制适用于重大灾害一线严重多发伤现场救治装备,检验兰蓉Ⅲ型救生袋应用效果。方法:普通级比格犬31只,制备严重多发伤出血性休克动物模型(18只)和严重多发生伤上呼吸道阻塞窒息模型(13只),选取其中12例模型依据救治措施随机分为市售救生袋组(A组,n=6),自制救生袋组(B组,n=6),实施胸腔闭式引流及自体血回输,对比市售与自制装置的应用效果。结果:A组死亡3例,成活率50%(3/6);B组无死亡,成活率100%(6/6)。结论:兰蓉Ⅲ型救生袋具备胸腔闭式引流、调控胸内压力、稳定纵隔摆动、胸血回收和体液分泌物搜集等功能,疗效确切,成活率高,院前、院内使用兼宜。 Objective:To develop the on-site rscuing devices for severe multiple trauma caused by disaster,and to evaluate the rescuing effect of LAN Rong III type lifesaving bag.Methods: Thirty-one healthy Beagle dogs were randomly divided into two groups.One was the group of hemorrhagic shock model(n=18) and the other was the group of severe multiple trauma with upper respiratory tract obstruction asphyxia model(n=13).Twelve models were randomly chosen and divided into two groups according to the treatment measures,which included commercial devices group(group A,n=6) and self-developed rescue device(LAN Rong III type lifesaving bag) group(group B,n=6).Thoracic drainage and autologous blood transfusion were carried out.The rescuing effect of group A and group B were evaluated.Results: The survival rates were 50%(3/6) in group A and 100%(6/6) in group B respectively.Conclusion: The function of LAN Rong III type lifesaving bag include closed drainage of thoracic cavity,regulation of intrathoracic pressure,stablizing mediastinum swinging,recycle of thoracic blood and collection of humoral secretions for animal model of severe multiple trauma.It has definite curative effect with a high survival rate and could be applied in pre and post hospital recuing.
