肝脏铁负荷的MRI定量研究进展 被引量:2

A study of MR quantification in the assessment of hepatic iron loading

摘要 铁元素是人体必需的微量元素之一,是构成血红蛋白、参与氧化反应及细胞增殖的必需元素,它广泛参与重要的生命代谢过程。正常人体的含铁量为3~4g,男性平均约3.8g,女性平均约2.3g。人体内铁元素超过正常值会对人体造成危害,这种现象被称作“铁超负荷”。通常认为,血清铁蛋白浓度〉300ng/mL,转铁蛋白饱和度〉45%时即可以诊断为铁超负荷[1]。越来越多的研究表明,很多慢些疾病的发生都与铁负荷有关。MR可以敏感的检测体内铁浓度变化所导致的局部磁环境的改变。
