摘要
急性肾损伤(AKI)是一种涉及多学科的临床常见危重病,由多种病因造成的以GFR迅速下降为特点的临床综合征[1]。目前通用的AKI指肾小管坏死,其重要的临床表现与容量超负荷、高血钾、酸中毒等代谢废物以及体液的潴留有关。
