急性肾损伤的早期诊断 被引量：7

摘要 急性肾损伤（AKI）是一种涉及多学科的临床常见危重病，由多种病因造成的以GFR迅速下降为特点的临床综合征[1]。目前通用的AKI指肾小管坏死，其重要的临床表现与容量超负荷、高血钾、酸中毒等代谢废物以及体液的潴留有关。
