摘要
患者 男，60岁，2012年1月15日不慎在家中摔倒，左肩部着地，当即诉左肩部肿胀疼痛，呈持续性锐痛，不能缓解。来我院就诊。X线片示左锁骨骨折。住院欲行左锁骨手术固定，
