慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并症——关注心血管病诊治 被引量:9

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)诊断、管理和预防策略2011年修订版中新增“COPD与合并症”一章,重点阐述了心血管疾病、骨质疏松、焦虑和抑郁、肺癌、感染、代谢综合征和糖尿病与COPD的相互影响及治疗原则。该策略强调了COPD常与其他疾病合并存在.可对疾病的进展产生重要影响。COPD患者无论病情轻重都可以出现合并症。在治疗方面.该策略提出了一条原则性建议.即合并症的存在不应影响COPD的治疗.同样COPD的存在也不应影响合并症的充分治疗。关注COPD合并症的诊治具有重要的临床和预后意义。
