Progress in Research of Effective Catheter Management Preventing Unplanned Extubation of Endotracheal Intubation

气管插管非计划性拔管是指患者在无拔管指征的情况下,自行将插管拔出或其他原因造成气管插管脱出,可能导致机械通气时间、住院时间及总住院时间延长等不良后果。本文就有效导管管理预防气管插管非计划性拔管的研究进行综述,分别从气管插管的置入、导管固定、气囊管理、气道分泌物管理、及时拔管等方面阐述,旨在科学管理气管插管,预防非计划性拔管的发生,为临床气管插管非计划性拔管的管理提供借鉴。

Unplanned extubation of endotracheal intubation means that patients unplug endotracheal intubation them- selves without extubation indication or that other factors cause intubation prolapse, which may lead to prolonging time of mechani- cal ventilation, hospital stay. This article reviews research of effective catheter management preventing unplanned extubation of endotracheal intubation, discuss placement of endotracheal tube, catheter fixing, airbag management, airway secretion manage- ment, timely extubation and so on, aiming at scientific catheter management to prevent unplanned extubation and provide basis for it.
