摘要
腰椎间盘突出症是临床多发病、常见病,严重患者会对日常生活和工作造成明显影响。了解其发病机制并提高其诊断水平对指导该病的治疗具有重大意义。本文主要从腰椎间盘突出症的发病机制和诊断方面进行阐述,以期为临床诊疗该病提供参考。
Lumbar disc herniation is a commonly seen disease, which may significantly affect daily lives and works in severe patients, thus it is of great importance to understand its pathogenesis and diagnosis. This paper reviewed the pathogenesis and diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation in order to provide references for clinic.
