家庭氧疗中医源性感染问题与对策

Iatrogenic Infection and Its Countermeasures in Home Oxygen Therapy

为规范家庭氧疗中医源性感染管理,切断感染途径,确保医疗安全,我科对家庭氧疗的各个环节进行监督检查,发现均存在诸多感染的安全隐患,如陪护人员知识缺乏、吸氧装置消毒处置不当、环境卫生状况差及大部分患者自身免疫力差等,针对如上问题,我科加强了各个环节的防控措施,并取得了一定效果。

In order to normalize the iatrogenic infection management of family oxygen therapy, cut off the infection route and ensure the medical safety of the patients, our department inspected every link of the family oxygen therapy and found many potential risks of infection management, such as lack of specialty knowledge among the training staff, bad environmental hygiene, unsuitably disinfected oxygen devices and poor immunity of the patients. In response to these problems, our department strengthened the prevention and control measures for each link and achieved satisfactory effect.
