摘要 发动机制造精度的差异会影响发动机压缩比,而压缩比对发动机性能有很大影响。基于发动机零部件的实际配合关系,进行了关键尺寸对压缩比的敏感性分析,推测出由实际制造精度引起的压缩比缸间差异,进而用AVL发动机仿真软件模拟分析了压缩比对性能的影响,建立了从尺寸到性能的Kriging模型,为发动机从制造精度到性能的预测提供了理论分析方法,并为实际制造的尺寸精度控制提供指导。 The manufacturing precision of an engine affects its compression ratio, and then its performance. In this paper, the sensitiveness of key dimension tolerance to compression ratio is analyzed based on the actual assembly of engine components. The difference of cylinder-to-cylinder compression ratio caused by actual manufacturing precision is deduced. The variation of the engine performance caused by different compression ratio is simulated by AVL engine simulation software. The Kriging model between key dimension and engine performance is built. This study provides the method of theoretical analysis for predicting the engine performance on the basis of manufacturing precision and the guide for the actual manufacturing dimension precision control.
