摘要
提出了简洁的纯机械式粉末冶金齿轮精整定位机构。主要进行自动定位机构的功能设计和关键结构设计。设计方案结构简单,定位精度高,具有自动定位待加工齿轮的功能,实现了齿轮精整加工的自动化,进而提高生产效率,保障工人操作安全性,降低人工成本。
A simple purely mechanical finishing powder metallurgy gear positioning mechanism is proposed in the paper. The designs of the automatic positioning mechanism and key structure are proceeded to. The automation of the finish machining gear is realized in the positioning system and the production efficiency is improved because of its simple structure and high precision.
