摘要 介绍了径向波箔气体轴承实验台的组成和搭建。采用两个相互正交的电涡流传感器测量转子的振动信号,通过FFT进行频谱分析并选频合成转子轴心轨迹;采用拉力传感器测量启动过程的摩擦力;采用热电偶测量润滑气体的温度场分布。结果表明,该实验台转轴最大径向位移小于5μm,可应用于径向波箔气体轴承的实验;电阻应变片式拉力传感器和铜-康铜热电偶均能满足测量要求。 This article mainly introduces the components and the building of a bump foil journal bearing test rig. Two mutually orthogonal eddy current sensors are used to measure the rotor vibration signals. FFT is used to analyze the spectrum of the radial relative displacement of the shaft end,and selecte certain frequencies according to the axis orbit of the combined rotor. Tension sensor is used to measure the friction during the start up process. A thermocouple is adopted in measuring the temperature field of lubrication gas. Test results show that the maximum radial displacement of the shaft is smaller than 5μm ,so that the test rig can be applied to radial bump foil gas bearing experiment. The tension sensor and copper-constantan thermocouple can satisfy the measurement requirements.
