摘要
以某水电站卷扬式闸门启闭机中的传动齿轮为例,应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了齿轮接触仿真分析模型。利用ANSYS面-面接触单元进行了齿面不同位置缺陷的仿真分析,计算了齿轮的接触应力和接触变形,得出了存在铸造缺陷齿轮的应力、应变分布规律,分析比较了考虑齿面缺陷齿轮与理想齿轮应力、形变的差异。结果表明,齿面不同位置缺陷对重载齿轮性能有不同影响,该方法对控制齿轮加工制造过程中缺陷、提高齿轮强度和可靠性设计提供了重要依据。
According to the gear of water gate's hoister in a hydropower station, the contact simulation analysis model of the gear is established by using ANSYS finite element analysis software in this paper. The surface to surface contact elements of ANSYS are used for simulating the different location defect of gear surface and calculating the tooth deformation and contact stress of the gear. And the difference between the perfect and defective gears is analyzed. The results show that the defect has effect on the heavy- load gear. Thus, it provides important basis for controlling the gear defect and improving its strength and reliability qreatly.
