新型卡箍测力器的三维制作

3D-solid of New Force-measuring Device in Work Carrier

摘要 新型卡箍测力器是利用帕斯卡原理来进行油压测量,从而获得卡箍夹紧力。根据新型测力器的二维图样和加工的零件,应用Pro/Engineer 2.0软件的实体造型功能完成各个零件的三维造型,按照各个零件的安装位置关系进行装配,设置新型卡箍测力器的主体和运动模式进行工作过程模拟,以便直观展现新型卡箍测力器的工作过程。 The PASCAL principle is used to measure the oil pressure and get the clamp force in the force-measuring device of work carrier. According to its drawings and parts, firstly 3D-model of each part is finished by Pro/Engineer 2.0, and secondly all of parts are assembled on their working situation, finally its parts and moving mode are set up to simulate its working process, in order to directly exhibit the working process of new force-measuring device in work carrier
