摘要
轧机轴承作为整个轧机系统重要的零件,其品质直接影响轧机的工作效率和工作性能,如何更好地提高轧机轴承的使用寿命,延长轴承的工作时间一直是钢铁轧制行业的重要问题。对轴承的寿命影响关键因素之一的就是应力,根据研究结果表明轴承的寿命与应力的7次方成反比。所以如何降低应力就是提高轴承使用寿命的关键。滚动轴承在承受载荷后滚子的两端一定会出现边界的应力集中问题,即所谓的"边缘效应"[1]。避免边缘效应可以采取对滚动体的外母线进行修形,在此介绍的修形曲线有三种:对数修形曲线、圆弧修形曲线、直母线。
Roiling mill bearings are the important parts in the mill system, their quality directly affects the efficiency and performance of rolling mill. It is an important issue how to improve performance and prolong the service life of the rolling mill in steel-iron rolling in- dustry. The important factor of the influence on the bearing life is the stress. According to the results of analysis, its life is inversely proportional to the 7th power of the stress. To improve bearing service life, it is the key to decrease the stress. The stress must be concentrated on the boundary of the rolling bearing ends, when the force is applied to the bearing, this is called "edge effect". This paper introduces 3 curves: logarithm curve, arc curve, line curve.
