摘要
模态分析是研究结构动态特性的基础。为了确保应急柴油机水泵机组的使用性能,利用Pro/Mechanica对其底座模型进行了模态分析,研究了其固有振动特性,确认了其结构满足设计条件。同时分析结果也为后续分析计算及优化设计提供了依据。
Modal analysis is basic to researching on the structural dynamic characteristics. In order to ensure the use properties of the emergency diesel water pump set, the paper makes modal Analysis of the model substructure through software Pro/Mechanica. Its natural vibration characteristic is studied. The structure meets design conditions. Furthermore, the results provide the basis for the following analysis, calculation and optimization design.
