摘要
转向架构架生产、组装过程中温度具有非线性、时滞、随机性和动态时变等特点,采用了一种参数自校正的模糊控制策略,对构架电阻炉温度进行控制。经实践证明:该系统控制精度高,超调量小,能满足控制要求。
During the production and the assembly process of the bogie frame, it has the characteristics of non-linear, time-delay, random and time-various. According to these characteristics, we used a parameter of self-adjusting fuzzy control system to control the temperature of frame resistance furnace. It shows that the system has the advantage of high control accuray and small overshoot and it can satisfy the control requirement.
