摘要
介绍了一种将薄钢片状板料加工成环状成品的全自动化装置。通过采集安装在汽缸上的磁性传感器的信号,利用对单片机进行C语言模块化编程控制装置中电磁阀和汽缸的状态,从而驱动装置中各机械部件的顺序合理动作,实现了整台装置的运行并完成机械加工过程,因为整台装置机械结构的设计巧妙,所以产品的精度也达到了设计要求。
This paper introduces a full automation device which is used to process a sheet flakiness of steel into ring. This device is used to collects the signal of the magnetic sensor which is mounted on the cylinder, controls the state of the solenoid valve and the cylinder with C language module programming on the single chip microcomputer, in order to the mechanical components in orderly reasonable operation. The process of the whole device running and machining is realized. Because of the ingenious design, the accuracy of the product can meet the design requirements.
