摘要
针对常规直流电动机晶闸管控制系统的电力危害,结合SG3524脉宽调制的理论,设计了一种直流电动机双闭环调速系统。通过对具体工程中电动机控制系统参数的理论推导,设计出硬件电路,并得到了系统结构图。仿真结果验证了系统具有良好的调速性能与稳定性,抗干扰能力强。
In order to solve the electric power harm, this paper designs the double loop DC motor control system based on SG3524. Through the motor control system parameters" theory inferential reasoning in the concrete project, it also designs the hardware circuit and obtains the system-structure drawing. The simulation result confirms there is the good performance in the system.
