闽北农村生活污水处理设施建设和管护分析——以西芹水厂水源地周边农村为例

Analysis of the rural domestic sewage treatment facilities construction and management in northern Fujian——Taking the villages surrounding the Xiqin waterworks as an example

以南平市西芹水厂水源地周边地区21个村为例,在农村环境连片整治工程建设背景下,通过调研和访谈数据呈现闽北农村生活污水处理设施建设的现状,探讨其建设和运营过程中面临的困境,提出实现科学建设和高效运营的基本要求,形成对社会经济环境进行综合考量、重视选址工作、提高排水管网与设施建设的配套性、因地制宜选择处理工艺以及强化后期管护的系统建设思路,进而提出加强协调监管、提高公众参与等对策建议。

Under the background of the rural environment contiguously renovating,21 villages surrounding the Xiqin waterworks in Nanping City are taken as an example,according to the data from investigation and interview the current status of the rural sewage treatment facilities construction is described,meanwhile the dilemma in the construction and operation is analyzed,accordingly the principal requirements for scientific construction and efficient operation are put forward.Thus the system construction ideas are proposed as follows.A synthetic consideration of the social and economic environmental factors should be well conducted.Choosing the sites should be paid more attention to.The compatibility between the drainage pipe network and the treatment facilities should be improved.The process should be according to the local conditions.The management and maintenance should be strengthened.The countermeasures are proposed in terms of strengthening coordination and supervision,improving the public participation in the rural domestic sewage treatment facilities construction and management.
