基于“福建精神”的高校党建带团建耦合互动模式新思考

A new consideration of coupling interaction mode of Party building leading the Communist Youth League of China building at colleges and universities on the basis of “Fujian Spirit”

党建带团建是高校党建工作的一项重要内容,从新时期党团工作的特点出发,探讨了党建带团建工作的必要性和可行性。就目前党建带团建工作过程中"带建"意识不强、工作机制不完善、工作内容不健全等问题提出相应的建议,并结合"福建精神",从思想耦合、包容耦合、价值耦合、拼搏耦合等耦合点明确党建带团建工作要素,探讨了新时期高校党建带团建工作路径。

Party building leading the Communist Youth League of China building is the important content of Party building at colleges and universities.According to the characteristics of Party and the Youth League work in the new era,the necessity and feasibility of Party building leading the Communist Youth League building are discussed.In view of the problems such as the lack of leading awareness,imperfect work mechanisms and content in the current work process of Party building leading the Communist Youth League building,the countermeasures are proposed.Based on ＂Fujian Spirit＂,elements of the work of Party building leading the Communist Youth League building are made clear in terms of thought coupling,tolerance coupling,value coupling and hardworking coupling,meanwhile the work path of Party building leading the Communist Youth League building at colleges and universities in the new era is explored.
