摘要
建立毕业生就业状况对高校人才培养常态反馈机制,是高等教育服务社会的内在要求,也是提升人才培养质量、化解毕业生就业问题的有效举措。要解决当前反馈的非完整性、应急性状况,应着力建设"市场导向、政府调控、学校主动"的常态反馈机制,在防止反馈机制片面性、简单化的同时推进其科学化和专业化。
Establishing the normal feedback mechanism on the graduates employment status to university talents cultivation is an inherent requirement of higher education to serve the community.It is also the effective measure to enhance the quality of talents cultivation and resolve the problems in graduates employment.Therefore,to deal with non-integrity and contingency of the current feedback,a market-oriented,government-regulated,and university-initiative normal feedback mechanism should be built,so as to promote the feedback mechanism scientific and specialized.
