基于AHP对学生宿舍设计方案的模糊综合评价

An Obscure and Comprehensive Evaluation of the Student Dormitory Design Scheme Based on AHP

本文针对四种典型学生宿舍的设计方案,应用模糊数学理论,将影响设计方案的经济性、舒适性、安全性等不易定量的因素定量化,将其设为3个一级评价指标和17个二级评价指标建立一个设计方案的评价体系,用层次分析(AHP)法把方案中的各因素划分为相互关联的有序层,采用多步法逐层进行模糊综合评价。最后对模型进行了综合评价,与按宿舍类型受欢迎程度的满意度调查排序相符。

The paper aims at the four kinds of typical students＇ dormitory design scheme, with the application of fuzzy mathematics theory, quantifying the factors which influence design scheme, such as economy, comfort, safety, etc; setting three first-level evaluation indexes and 17 secondary evaluation indexes; establishing an evaluation system of design scheme; dividing various factors in the scheme into interrelated orderly layers with the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. An obscure and comprehensive evaluation is conducted with multistep method. Finally, the sheme has been evaluated comprehensively and accord with satisfaction survey about the popular degree of dormitory type.
