摘要
本文对我国旅行社人才流失严重的现状进行分析,针对企业可以控制的主要因素,综合运用人力资源管理等理论方法,提出较为有效的建设性对策。主要从完善旅行社的人力资源管理制度,如何关注人才的可持续发展,以及加大对旅游人才的培训投入等方面,探讨吸引更优秀的人才,以充分发挥人的潜能,使之成为企业的无形资产,为旅游业的不断持续发展和提高旅行社的竞争力提供人力资源保障。
After having learnt and concluded the studies made before, this paper describes the current situation and the factors of brain drain in travel agencies. The paper points out talents in travel agencies, who are after all those in any in,lustries or any companies, are intangible assets and precious themselves. They are always affecting the development and competitiveness of their companies'. Therefore proving it is too necessary to do something for preventing the loss of talent in this industry. Furthermore, based on relatively mature human recourse management theories, the paper explains some strategies to this issue, including improving human recourse management system, increasing the bunds on personnel training and so on.
