从教师需求论高校教师激励体系构建策略

The Tactics of Establishing a Motivating System for College Teachers with Teachers' Demand Theory

教师是高校战略资源,是高校教书育人活动的重要实施者,教师工作的积极性和创造性直接影响到高校人才培养目标的实现和学校的可持续发展。本文拟从教师需求的角度出发,以激励理论为依据,针对目前高校教师激励工作中存在的问题,提出了构建激励体系的应对策略。

Teache are the resources of college strategy, and also the important implementors in college education. Their initiatives and ereativities directly influence the realization of education goals and sustainable development of the college. Based on the motivating theory, this paper, from the aspect of teachers＇ demand, puts forward the tactics on how to establish motivating system in accordance with the problems of college teachers＇ motivation.
