摘要
通过梳理企业培训的八代理论,从中可得到对职业教育的三点启示:借鉴"需求分析理念",更加有针对性地设置课程和专业;借鉴"电子化学习"理论,加快建设职业教育电子资源库;借鉴"职场学习"理念,进一步加强校企合作。
By analyzing the eight - generation theory of enterprise training, from which we could get to mree enlightenments for professional education： use ＂concept of demand and analysis t＂ for reference and install curriculums and majors more pertinently;Mirror ＂electronic learning＂ theory, and speed up the construction of vocational education electronic resources;Using ＂workplace learning＂ concept and strengthen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises further.
