北京市社区儿童保健人员培训模式及效果评估研究

Model and Efficacy of Training for Child Care Physicians in Communities of Beijing

目的了解北京市社区儿童保健人员的培训模式及效果。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法,抽取北京市8个社区卫生服务中心的57名从事儿童保健工作的卫生技术人员作为调查对象。采用文献法和专家咨询法,制定"北京市社区儿童保健人员培训现状及需求调查问卷",对其进行问卷调查。结果 57名社区儿童保健人员的平均年龄为35岁,以女性居多;学历以大专为主,占52.63%;所学专业以预防医学为主,占45.61%;兼职比例为56.14%。过去三年中,参加的培训项目缺乏培训需求调查,培训内容针对性不强;培训以理论讲授为主,实践较少;社区儿童保健人员对所接受培训的总体满意度不高。结论目前北京市针对社区儿童保健人员进行了大量培训,但培训模式传统,学员满意度不高;在今后应做好培训需求评估,改革培训模式,进一步增强培训效果。

Objective To know the model of training child care physicians in communities of Beijing and its efficacy. Methods By stratified sampling 57 child care physicians from 8 community health centers in Beijing were recruited. The questionnaire set up by literature research and Delphi methods was used for survey. Results The average age of the respondents was 35. Most of them were female and 52. 63% of them received education in junior colleges and 46.30% majored in prevention medicine. Among them, 56. 14% were part time faculty. In the past three years, the raining programs were lack of investigation for training needs, pertinence of training contents was lower, and the training focused mainly on theory with little practice. So the general satisfaction of the trainees was not high. Conclusion Currently, lots of trainings were conducted for the child care physician in communities of Beijing, but the training model was traditional and the trainees＇ satisfaction is not high. It is vital to know the true training needs and change the training model so as to improve the training efficacy.
