应用固定斜面导板打开咬合前后髁突位置变化的CT评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价固定斜面导板在咬合打开方面的效果。方法 20例生长发育期的安氏Ⅱ类1分类下颌后缩儿童,应用固定斜面导板来打开咬合,对比咬合打开前、后髁突的位置变化。结果戴用固定斜面导板之前,髁突处于关节窝中央稍前位;戴用平均3.1个月后,髁突位置有恢复趋势,但尚未恢复到治疗前的水平,而是稍前下移位。结论固定斜面导板的戴入,使髁突及关节窝发生适应性改建。 Objective To investigate the effect of maxillary fixed inclined bite plate on bite opening treatment. Methods Cephalometric position of condyle before and after bite opening of 20 patients with fixed inclined bite plate were evaluated. Results The condyle was in the middle of the glenoid fossa before the treatment. After 3.1 months' treatment, the condyle returned to its former position but a bit forward and downward. Conclusion The fixed inclined bite plate can stimu-late the adaptive growth of condyle.
