百合食疗对老年性痴呆症预防作用的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究百合食疗对老年性痴呆(AD)模型大鼠行为学、免疫力及SOD活力、脑组织TChE的影响。方法:采用三氯化铝和D-半乳糖复合造模的方法塑造老年性痴呆大鼠模型,百合分30g、50g两组对老年性痴呆模型大鼠进行预防。造模后第30天开始测试各组大鼠的学习记忆能力,然后取血和脑组织,测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),脑组织匀浆乙酰胆碱酯酶(TChE)等指标,对空白组、百合30g组、百合50g组、模型组、布洛芬组的各指标分别进行统计处理。结果:百合30g组、百合50g组的学习记忆能力和血清SOD活性均高于模型组,脑组织TChE的浓度低于模型组,具有显著差异性(P<0.05),但百合30g和50g组间无显著性差异。结论:百合对预防老年性痴呆有一定效果。 Objective:To investigate the effect of the lily dietary supplements on behavior,immunity,and SOD,TChE in Alzheimer's disease(AD) rats.Methods:Using the AlCl3 and D-galactose together to make disease models on rats,model group were randomly divided into 30g,50g two groups to prevent AD.At the 31th day of making models begins to test the capacity of each rat's study and memory,and then take blood and brain tissue to measure SOD and TChE and other indexes,process each index statistics of the blank group,lily 30g group,lily 50g group,model group,the ibuprofen group.Results:The study memory and SOD activity of lily 30g group,lily 50g group are significantly higher than the model group,and the brain TChE are significantly lower than the model group(P〈0.05),but lily 30g and 50g have no significant differences between groups.Conclusion:The lily have certain effects on preventing Alzheimer's disease.
