189例前庭系统性眩晕的脑干听觉诱发电位临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)对鉴别前庭周围性眩晕和中枢性眩晕的诊断价值。方法:对189例前庭系统性眩晕的患者进行了脑干听觉诱发电位的检查。结果:脑干听觉诱发电位异常的有151例,异常率为79.9%。其中表现为内耳型30例,占19.9%,脑干型97例,占64.2%,混合型24例,占15.9%。结论:BAEP可作为前庭系统性眩晕患者辅助诊断的一个敏感指标,对前庭系统性眩晕的临床诊断有重要的定位价值。 Objective:To explore the differential diagnosis value of in the central vestibular vertigo and peripheral vestibular vertigo.Methods:BAEP was detected in 189 patients with vestibular system vertigo.Results:BAEP were abnormal wave forms in 151 cases of the patients,the abnormality rate was 79.9 %.Including 30(19.9%) cases of inner-ear type,97(64.2%) cases of brainstem type and 24(15.9%) cases of mixed type.Conclusion:BAEP can be used as a sensitive indicator in the diagnosis of vestibular system vertigo patients,and plays an important role for the value of localization in the diagnosis of vestibular system vertigo.
