Explore Funding and Management Mode,Enhance the Effect of Major Research Plan: Example as “Molecolar Mechanism of Plant Hormone Function”

"植物激素作用的分子机理"在国家自然科学基金委员会"十一五"第一批重大研究计划的中期评估中获得了优秀,为了进一步探索管理模式,提高重大研究计划的成效,本文对该计划在执行过程中管理方面的一些做法进行了总结,认为职责清晰、统筹安排、深入调研、有序调整、双重把关、滚动管理等做法是该计划在前一阶段能够得以顺利实施并取得重要进展的关键。

In order to continue investing the administration mode to enhance the effect of this major research plan in the future, the paper summaried the experience in the past and considered the key success factors were clear responsibility,overall arrangement,deep investation,orderly adjustment,double checks, choose better programs,etc. in accordance with the result in the process.
