维持性血液透析患者血管通路的自我管理教育 被引量：7

摘要 终末期肾病（end-stage renal disease,ESRD）是一种慢性疾病,维持性血液透析是ESRD患者最主要的治疗方法之一。血管通路是指把患者的血液引出体外,通过体外循环以持续、稳定的血流速度经过透析器,净化血液治疗疾病,并再回到体内的循环过程。建立稳定可靠的血管通路是血液净化顺利完成的必要前提。血管通路是尿毒症患者的生命线,
